With more than 20 years of experience, directors Dale and Jono lead every project with a strong focus on practical design, construction excellence, and lasting client relationships. Their journey began as carpenters, where they developed a grounded understanding of structure, process, and site-specific solutions. Over time, they transitioned into full-scale residential construction, managing everything from complex sloped blocks to architecturally ambitious designs. Today, their leadership drives a business built on trust, integrity, and direct communication.
